The Scouts hold a May Fayre at the beginning of May. Wickham Fair is held on
20th May, the travelling community display/sell and race
ponies and horses in the village, a fun fair fills The
Square. There is a heavy police presence and road
closures during the day. Please be aware there is no
official parking available during the event.

In September Wickham participates in the
Heritage Weekend, walks are arranged and local historic buildings are
open for tours see the notice boards and website for more
information in late August, early September.
Past weekends have
seen guided historic walks around the village, a treasure hunt bike ride
on the Meon Valley Trail and guided tours around Park Place. Look out
for booklets in Greens Restaurant.
Wickham Beer Festival takes place in early September and again in the spring check their website for the latest plans.
The Scouts hold a firework evening in early November look out for local advertising.
During the first week of December the Parish Council invites Father Christmas to switch on the lights in The Square, lots of the shops stay open later and there are seasonal refreshments available.

And on Boxing Day The Square is filled with vintage cars and a huge motorbike rally, this is an informal event so parking maybe a problem.
